However, nothing spoils Christmas lunch like a burst water main or broken toilet!
So at Blink, not only are we wishing you a safe and happy holiday period, but also giving you this important information for what to do when you have repair and maintenance needs over the break.
Our offices in QLD and NSW have different shutdown periods and different points of contact, so read on for a guide for our Blink tenants on what constitutes an emergency and what you can do about it.
For any roof leaks or flood/storm related damage during this period please contact the State Emergency Service (SES), by calling 132 500.
For any power outages, contact Energex by calling 136262.
We have a list of approved contacts for emergency repairs over the Christmas period.
Before calling, make sure your situation is listed as an emergency repair below:
All other repairs are considered routine repairs and can be dealt with via our office after January 4.
