If you do have an emergency (examples are detailed below) – an emergency is defined below:

  • a burst water service or a serious water service leak
  • a toilet that cannot be used
  • a serious roof leak
  • a gas leak
  • a dangerous electrical fault
  • damage from flooding
  • damage from fire or serious storm
  • failure of the gas, electricity or water supply
  • a fault or damage that makes the property unsafe or insecure
  • a fault or damage likely to injure a person
